Refund policy
As a small business, we cannot currently process any refunds. However, we will do our best to accommodate customers by offering exchange opportunities on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at uncommonsoulapparel@gmail.com.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn in its original packaging. In order to complete the exchange process, the buyer will need to return the item within 14 days at their own expense.
Once received, the item will go through verification process and the buyer will be contacted to confirm the selection of their new item. Once this process is complete, your new item will be sent to you!
